John W. Hoffman Early Learning Center is searching for an Infant and Toddler/PreSchool Early Educator for the 2019 - 2020 school year. Infant and Toddler/Early Educators will be responsible for maintaining a loving, kind, rigorous, and joyful learning environment for children and families. Design learning experiences that advance intellectual and physical development of children using research-based strategies
Develop lesson plans that support the social and emotional development of children
Frequently encourage the involvement of families in programs and support the development of relationships between children and their families
Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
Maintain school culture of high behavioral expectations
Collaborate with family members, colleagues, and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities

Child Development Associate (CDA) or a state-awarded certificate that meets or exceeds the CDA credential (required)
