Executive Director's Message
Dear Hoffman Families,
I am privileged and excited to have the opportunity to serve as your new Executive Director. The first time I visited the school, I immediately knew it was a special place and I wanted to become a part of the Hoffman Early Learning Center’s community.
As a career early childhood educator and program administrator, I passionately believe in the importance of providing high-quality early childhood education programs for all children. I consider it an honor to support the amazing teachers and staff at Hoffman so that they are able to provide your child with excellence in early childhood education.
My goal is to collaborate closely with the school faculty and administration to carry on the mission and philosophy as intended by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors by providing a supportive, nurturing and encouraging environment for children and their families.
I’d like to take a moment to share my first impressions and the reasons I accepted this position. Hoffman has several qualities that make the school exceptional:
- Each child is known and valued. Students step on campus and are immediately greeted by name. Each child is understood as an individual with unique, strengths, talents, and interests.
- Care is provided by educated, dedicated, creative, and nurturing faculty, administrative team, and staff.
- Exceptional stimulating and engaging indoor and outdoor learning activities are provided.
- Students experience the joy of learning and families are offered the opportunity to become partners in their child’s education.
I am looking forward to meeting every family personally and establishing long and successful relationships with the Hoffman community. My first day on the job will be Tuesday, October 1st. Please feel free to stop by and introduce yourself.
