Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our facility is accessible from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our school day begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes at 3:30 p.m. Breakfast is served promptly at 8 a.m.Children must be dropped off no later than 9 a.m. Children arriving after 9 a.m. will be considered tardy. Exceptions are made for those with doctor’s appointments. If your child will be late, please notify the office in advance.  After Care is available from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Fee-Based)  
Q: What are your summer hours?
A: Hoffman will offer two summer sessions: Summer Session A – June 3-28, 2019 and Summer Session B – July 1-August 2, 2019. Both sessions follow our normal hour of operations.
Q: When are parent meetings held?
A: Monthly parent meetings are generally held the THIRD THURSDAY of each month.
Q: To receive a scholarship, what proof of income do I need to provide?
A: Please turn in a copy of the first page of your tax return, or W-2s, or 2 recent pay stubs to [email protected].
Q: When can I take a tour?
A: To arrange a tour please complete this form and/or contact our Main Office at 504-335-0444.
Q: When is full tuition due?
A: Full tuition is due August 1st. We have partnered with Gulf Coast Bank so that families can pay in monthly installments. When your seat is accepted, we will follow up with additional payment information.
